Sustainability Policy

At Passle, we recognise our responsibility to operate in a manner that protects and enhances the environment, supports social well-being, and promotes long-term economic resilience. This Sustainability Policy outlines our commitment to integrating sustainable practices into all aspects of our business.

i) Environment Commitments

  • Passle works with Just One Tree to offer professional service firms the opportunity to contribute to vital ecological causes during their launch of the Passle product. Just One Tree is a non-profit removing CO2 from the atmosphere through global reforestation and proud to be part of the United Nations Decade on Ecosystem Restoration. During every Passle launch at a professional service firm, thought leadership content equates to trees planted. Through tree donation and certificate giving, Passle ensure professionals have the opportunity to support reforestation and report on their contribution to the projects.
  • All of Passle’s technical infrastructure is based on AWS, with the knowledge that they have a goal to be net zero carbon by 2040. More information can be found here.
  • Passle measures & reports on our carbon footprint (Scope 1 & 2 emissions) and discloses this data publicly via CDP: Turning Transparency to Action. Our reporting period runs 1st January to 31st December 2025 and covers our UK and US companies.

ii) Sustainable Materials & Resource Efficiency

  • Passle works with sustainable firms to recycle old laptops and IT equipment. Where possible, Passle works with companies in the purchasing of refurbished laptop machines, for the avoidance of buying new machines.
  • Passle works with local companies to their Oxford office for the supply of office necessities, such as locally & ethically sourced coffee, cleaning products and so forth.
